About OPUSARIA

Mission

OPUSARIA is an independent scholarly publishing brand based in Switzerland and operated by Alpine Dynamics GmbH.

Our mission is to support the responsible communication of scholarly research through rigorous editorial practices, transparent publishing processes, and accessible digital publication.

Publishing philosophy

Building the institution before the catalogue

A scholarly publisher earns trust through the quality of its editorial processes, not through the volume of its output. OPUSARIA is therefore being established in a deliberate sequence: governance and policies first, infrastructure second, publications third.

Each OPUSARIA journal, proceedings volume and book will be published within a shared framework of editorial policies, metadata standards and reading interfaces — so that readers, authors and institutions can rely on consistent practice across the whole publishing programme.

Editorial principles

Principles we hold ourselves to

Independence

Editorial decisions are made by qualified editors on scholarly merit, separate from commercial considerations.

Rigour

Every research publication passes documented editorial assessment and independent peer review.

Transparency

Policies, review models, fees and corrections are disclosed openly and in advance.

Accountability

Errors are corrected through linked, citable notices; the scholarly record is preserved.

Accessibility

Publications are produced to be readable by people and machines, on any device, over the long term.

Restraint

We describe what is in place and what is in preparation — and make no claims we cannot substantiate.

Swiss institutional identity

Based in Switzerland

OPUSARIA is operated from Switzerland by Alpine Dynamics GmbH. We draw on a Swiss tradition of precision, neutrality and long-term thinking — values that suit an activity whose results must remain reliable for decades.

Our publishing is international in scope. Authors, editors and readers are welcome from every country and discipline within the scope of our publications.
